Never had issue with app un till now. Asking for firmware update but will not open the update. Now can't get back on to make amendments to timers etc.

Confusing app and system. Had this app installed for 3 years and we are still not able to manage our heating effectively. App informs that heating is off when it's on and we are not even able to control heating through thermostat. Customer service also not helpful. Currently looking for new system.

Don't buy Salus. It just doesn't work. I regret having Salus controls fitted because the app and the kit is useless.
Hello! I have big problems connecting to it 500 plus. I can't connect to my phone. He tells me that I don't have an internet connection, that I don't have a good username or password. I reset it many times, and even after the reset it doesn't recognize my password. What to do????
Really awful. They're certainly not doing their best. Works only sometimes and Salus are uninterested in improving. Never a reply. Can't even count on the proper functioning of the absolute basics. Please improve ASAP or I'm going elsewhere.

i have an issue with the app. when i open the app and try to connect it shows that my phone is offline... check internet connection. my internet connection is ok... maybe a bug or server issue
I'm getting on login the error message: "Network error. Check your internet connection and try again", but the Internet connection is working fine. Is your login system down?
